French with hooks

gancifran34-4

The “French with hooks” covering produces a drawing with lines running diagonally  (V shaped) from the ridge tiles to the eaves.

This is one of the cheapest roof coverings because of the reduced overlapping and the lower quantity of tiles required with advantage for the weight.

It’s  easy to interchange tiles, compared to  “French” covering there is more overlapping and more resistance even if the weight is almost the same.
